Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Network Engineer to join our fast-paced IT division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and performant networks across our organisation.

As a Cloud Network Engineer, you will work closely with our Platform Engineering team to implement and maintain a secure network within the bank. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and planning cloud environment networking
  • Implementing and managing cloud network infrastructure and services
  • Configuring and managing firewalls, including creation and maintenance of access policies and rules
  • Experience using and implementing Software Defined Networking (SDN)
  • Automating network creation and configuration using Terraform and Ansible
  • Improving site reliability through monitoring and alerting

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in cloud networking, experience with Azure services, and a passion for automation and infrastructure as code. If you have a CCNA/JNCIA certification and experience with wireless networks, that's a plus
