Customer Service and Operations Coordinator

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality care to our patients, manage front desk administration, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage patient bookings, schedules, and payments
• Respond to patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with our Quality Management Systems and processes
• Provide administrative support to our operations team as needed
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Patient Management System
• Basic knowledge of health and wellness industry
