• Manage patient bookings, schedules, and payments
• Respond to patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with our Quality Management Systems and processes
• Provide administrative support to our operations team as needed

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Patient Management System
• Basic knowledge of health and wellness industry
