We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Manchester Project Controls Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering project controls across major programmes in the North West.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the programme controls function for a programme, ensuring accuracy and consistency of plans, cost, safety, environment, and performance reporting.
  • Review new project proposals and monitor progress to ensure realistic resource plans are developed for delivery of the programme.
  • Provide an efficient day-to-day service to Programme and Project Managers in reporting on plans, costs, safety, environment, and programme performance.
  • Monitor data input by project teams and others to cost and performance systems to ensure required data standards are met.
Requirements:
  • Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions, including schedule development, control, and analysis.
  • Proven experience within the infrastructure sector.
  • Skilled in oral and written communication.
  • Proficiency with PC operating systems and multiple discipline-specific software applications, including Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Knowledge of engineering and construction management.
