We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at One Hatfield Hospital.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality individualized patient care as part of our clinical team, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients during their visit or admission to the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with hospital policies, national guidelines, and best practice standards.
- Carry out clinical nursing procedures, including wound care, assistance with minor procedures, monitoring vital signs, venepuncture, and chaperoning.
- Work independently and as part of a team to provide excellent patient care.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with NMC
- Clinical nursing experience in outpatients or clinic environment
- Proven ability to work independently and within a team
- Demonstrable knowledge and skills in clinical practice
- Phlebotomy, cannulation, ECGs, and intravenous antibiotics would be an advantage
