The Duty Manager at RBH Hospitality Management is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of guest care and service delivery in a fast-paced hotel environment. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and maintain the highest standards of guest care and service delivery.
  • Liaise with department heads to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain full knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services.
  • Support food and beverage departments, including functions and conferences.
  • Review team behavior, appearance, and performance to ensure consistency with company standards.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or industry, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and services.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
