About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Arena Shopping Park. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our customers, tenants, and staff. You will be the first point of contact for any security-related issues and will work closely with our site control room to respond to incidents and emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol the shopping centre to identify and prevent potential security risks
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with our site control room to monitor CCTV and respond to security incidents
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries and concerns
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a safe and secure environment for all
Requirements:
- SIA Door Supervisor licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
