Job Title: Security Officer
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team at Arena Shopping Park. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our customers, tenants, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol the shopping centre to detect and prevent any potential security threats
- Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity to the control room
- Work closely with the site control room to ensure a smooth and secure operation
- Ensure all incidents are documented and reported in accordance with site policies and procedures
Requirements:
- SIA Door Supervisor licence essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work well in a team
- Confident in complying with Health & Safety and fire prevention procedures
