Job Title: Field Engineer

As a key member of our Service Care Solutions - Construction team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of arcade machines across various locations. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who enjoys working independently and has a passion for gaming and technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Setup: Install and configure new arcade machines to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance to all machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
  • Repairs: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic issues to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Support: Provide on-site technical support to customers, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and document inventory of parts, ensuring accurate tracking and efficient ordering.
  • Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Compliance: Ensure all machines and installations comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed records of services performed, including maintenance schedules and repair history.
