Job Title: Field Engineer

As a key member of our Service Care Solutions - Construction team, we are seeking a highly skilled Field Engineer to join our arcade operations. This exciting role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of arcade machines across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Setup: Install and configure new arcade machines to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure all machines are in good working condition.
  • Repairs: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic issues to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Support: Provide on-site technical support to customers and colleagues alike.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and document inventory of parts to ensure efficient ordering and stock control.
  • Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and customers to build strong relationships and ensure excellent service.
  • Compliance: Ensure all machines and installations comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed records of services performed to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
