About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Guest Services Assistant. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming service from check-in to departure
  • Anticipate and exceed our guests' expectations by offering local insights and recommendations
  • Manage guest bookings, up-selling opportunities, and handle cash and credit transactions in line with our standard operating procedures
  • Serve food and drinks in our bar and restaurant, and assist with kitchen duties when needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceeding our guests' expectations
About You

We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Hospitality experience advantageous
  • Must speak fluent English
