Chef De Partie - Weybridge, Surrey

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our team at Lexington Catering in Weybridge, Surrey. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented and stocked at all times
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of menu and special offers to provide excellent customer service
  • Adhere to COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations, reporting any incidents in line with procedures
  • Produce and present consistent high standards of food
  • Assist in maintaining all legal health, hygiene, and safety records
  • Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness within the kitchen
  • Perform all reasonable tasks expected by management

Working Pattern: Casual Hours as and when required

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with genuine interest in customer service excellence, a great team player, and essential catering experience. As part of our team, you will enjoy a salary up to £15.00 per hour, meals on duty, and uniform provided.
