About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CDD Onboarding Analyst to join our team at Talent Solutions Staffing UK. As a key member of our Financial Services business, you will play a critical role in mitigating business risks related to Money laundering, Terrorist Financing, Fraud, Sanctions, and other Financial Crime risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Risk Assessments: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Customer Due Diligence: Perform Simplified and Enhanced Due Diligence checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Partner Audits: Conduct internal and external audits to ensure partners are meeting compliance standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Screening for Politically Exposed Persons and Sanctioned Individuals: Screen clients and partners to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in a dynamic environment with a focus on process improvement.
  • Experience with onboarding businesses operating in multiple sectors.
  • Ability to read and understand company policies and procedures.
  • Comfortable guiding partners and offering amendments to policies and procedures.
