Job Responsibilities

As a Credit Controller, you will be part of a team responsible for:

  • Posting receipts and ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Issuing statements and confirming payment dates with customers.
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Cash collection and working to reduce debtor days.
  • Resolving queries and building strong relationships with our operating arms and client base.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in credit control or a related field (training will be provided).
  • Proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
