We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Workshop Assistant. This role involves working alongside Workshop Assistants in the community, taking increased responsibility for activity. You will be required at Participate, Skylarks, Group A, and occasionally Mini Music Makers activities, held in venues across East Suffolk.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people and/or vulnerable adults within our Community Team or Aldeburgh Young Musicians. Additionally, they should have some involvement in music projects with Britten Pears Arts. We value diversity and believe it strengthens and enriches us.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in our community. As a Senior Workshop Assistant, you will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality activities and programs. If you are passionate about arts and community development, we encourage you to apply.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

  • Experience working with young people and/or vulnerable adults
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
