  • You will deliver high-quality mental health assessments, focusing on dementia-related conditions.">
  • You will participate in regular multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to collaborative discussions around client care and ensuring holistic approaches to care planning.">
  • You will assess and diagnose dementia-related conditions and other mental health concerns in older adults.">
