Nursery Room Leader Position

We are seeking a qualified Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Busy Bees Oxford Littlemore Nursery. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs. You will take ownership of the observation, assessments and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps as well as supporting the staff team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • As a keyworker, you will ensure the well-being and development of every child in your care.
  • You will take ownership of the observation, assessments and planning for your key children in line with EYFS.
  • You will provide developmentally challenging next steps as well as supporting the staff team.

We offer a competitive salary of £14 per hour, plus a range of benefits including 28 days holiday per year, birthday off, childcare discounts, health and wellbeing apps, and a pension scheme.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner.
