We are seeking a qualified Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Flow Recruitment. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of an allocated area or room within the nursery.

You will be required to ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe, and stimulating environment. This includes providing a range of learning experiences designed to meet children's all-round development.

A successful candidate will have a sound understanding of a child's developmental requirements and be able to train and develop staff by imparting knowledge and skills.
