Transform lives by providing exceptional support to autistic individuals in our residential services. As a Support Worker - Autism Specialist, you will work closely with our teams to deliver person-centred care and empower individuals to maximise their involvement and inclusion in their community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Helping individuals achieve independence and personal goals
  • Supporting and transporting individuals to integrate into their community
  • Developing individuals' home making skills and personal chores
  • Transforming lives and achieving results for autistic adults

Requirements:

  • Resilient, supportive and sensitive towards the needs of autistic people
  • Passion, patience and commitment to working with autistic individuals
  • Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is Essential (must be able to drive a manual vehicle)
  • Enhanced DBS Check (either on the Update Service or conducted within the last 12 months) is preferred but not essential
