Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team at St Nicholas Hospice Care. As an Individual Giving Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing our individual giving and legacy team to deliver on specific income targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive individual giving and legacy strategy to grow income from a range of channels and campaigns.
  • Lead and develop the individual giving and legacy team to deliver on specific income targets.
  • Work with the Supporter Care Manager to deliver exceptional supporter care and ensure that our donors and supporters feel valued and engaged.
  • Develop and implement successful campaigns and programmes of activity to grow individual giving and legacy income.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a cohesive and effective fundraising strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of preparing successful campaigns and programmes of activity.
  • Previous experience of working in a fundraising or sales and marketing environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
