Job Title: Senior Radio Network Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Radio Network Engineer to join our team at Arqiva. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing radio network solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement radio network solutions that meet customer requirements
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure solutions meet customer expectations
  • Analyze engineering problems related to RAN equipment and systems, and develop solutions to provide full resolution
  • Provide technical support to ensure customer radio networks meet agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Develop and apply engineering standards and procedures, and provide technical guidance to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in radio network design and operations
  • Track record of setting standards for design, development, and testing of software/hardware for Telecommunication Networks, IP Networks, Smart Metering, and IoT
  • Experience in setting standards for processes and engineering practices related to area of expertise for platforms that support services
  • Extensive experience working with suppliers, developing new services/capabilities, and driving 3rd parties to resolve and fix functionality issues and errors
  • Strong knowledge of technologies involved in Radio Networks, M2M Communications, Large data collection, processing, and management
