Job Title: Senior Radio Network Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Radio Network Engineer to join our team at Arqiva. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing radio network solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement radio network solutions that meet customer requirements
  • Drive the design and build activity, engaging with internal and external contributors to ensure the solution meets customer requirements
  • Analyse engineering problems related to RAN equipment and systems or the causes of component failures and develop solutions to provide full resolution
  • Provide technical support to ensure that customer radio networks continue to meet agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Develop and apply engineering standards and procedures and provide technical guidance to external and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent in Engineering
  • Relevant experience relating to radio network design and operations
  • Track record of setting the standards for the design, development and testing of bespoke and COTS software/hardware for Telecommunication Networks, IP Networks, Smart Metering and IoT
  • Experience in setting the standards for processes and engineering practices related to area of expertise for platforms that support services
