We are currently in search of an Aggregate Operations Supervisor to enhance our team at Raisby Quarry.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Quarry Manager in ensuring the safe and effective management and operation of the Quarry. You will aid in overseeing production and extraction processes, addressing technical challenges, and coordinating daily operational planning in collaboration with various departments on site.

Safety is a fundamental aspect of this role. You will be tasked with conducting risk assessments and health and safety evaluations, while also demonstrating leadership in safety practices.

A significant portion of the role will involve administrative responsibilities, including report writing, record maintenance, procurement, and budget oversight.

The ability to efficiently plan and organize work is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in the extractive sector, be knowledgeable about the extraction process, and maintain a strong emphasis on safety and interpersonal skills.
