Job Summary

Rayleigh and District Primary Care Network is seeking a dedicated and experienced advanced nurse practitioner to contribute to delivering exceptional healthcare services to our community.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced clinical care to patients, working autonomously to assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of conditions.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet individual patient needs.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and lead on clinical protocols and pathways to enhance service delivery.
  • Engage in professional development and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Person Specification

Qualifications

  • Master's in advanced clinical practice or an equivalent MSc or NHS England Centre for Advancing Practice Digital Badge (or working towards it).
  • Active NMC registration and licence to practice.
  • 4 years experience as an advanced nurse practitioner, working at a masters level that encompasses the four pillars of clinical practice, leadership and management, education, and research.
  • Possess a prescribing qualification.
