Project Management Office Apprentice

As a Project Management Office Apprentice, you will work closely with our experienced project management team to develop a strong understanding and working knowledge of plan generation, scheduling, monitoring, control, and general project management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the creation and maintenance of integrated master schedules for assigned projects
  • Contributing to monthly project status reports and attending associated reviews
  • Deploying and reporting risk and opportunity management
  • Ensuring correct and effective project delivery in accordance with Thales governance
  • Developing a good working knowledge of Thales DIS mandated tools, including MS Project and JIRA
  • Attending training as required and passing all examinations and continuous learning modules as specified by the course

This is a 24-month programme working towards the Level 4 Project Manager Associate Apprenticeship standard.

The programme will be delivered via a virtual delivery model, with live virtual workshops and 1-2-1 coaching calls.

Upon successful completion of your End Point Assessment, you will roll off into the Thales UK Bid and Project Management job family.
