Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Brellis Recruitment. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling machinery used in manufacturing processes and production line systems, as well as our consumables in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations, including software and functionality, to showcase the value of our products.
  4. Negotiate sales agreements, including price, payment terms, and delivery.
  5. Provide independent support and sustainable expansion of your area.
  6. Develop and expand the project portfolio.
  7. Manage sales meetings and negotiations within a given scope of action.
  8. Plan and execute appointments and travel efficiently.
  9. Work with the CRM tool to gain sustainable customer information and report to sales management.
Requirements:
  1. Several years of professional experience in sales into engineering and manufacturing, including machinery or capital equipment.
  2. Result-driven and professional salesperson, confident in negotiating high-end products and closing deals in technical environments.
  3. Ability to operate with autonomy and use your own initiative.
  4. Affinity for industrial automatism and production applications.
  5. Knowledge of the UK industrial, engineering, and manufacturing market and key customers.
  6. Comfortable working with a CRM tool.
