We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Housing Support Specialist in Nottingham City Council. This exciting opportunity will provide the successful candidate with the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

In this role, you will work closely with customers on a diverse range of housing issues, providing comprehensive advice and assistance to support the delivery of the Tenancy and Estate Management service across the city.

You will be responsible for preparing accurate reports, graphs, and spreadsheets using Microsoft applications, and carrying out day-to-day administrative duties as required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to demonstrate self-motivation, and work proactively with minimum supervision. You will also have proficiency in all Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Salary: £25,992 - £26,835 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday between 8.30am-4pm
