Job Summary:
G2 Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Specialist to join their team on an interim basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating lettings and viewings for properties within the portfolio, as well as maintaining accurate records and developing strategies to improve property management efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property management, preferably in the housing sector, and strong organizational and communication skills. A competitive salary, estimated at £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, is offered depending on experience.

Main Duties:
- Coordinate lettings and viewings for properties within the portfolio
- Maintain accurate records of property transactions and communications
- Develop and implement strategies to improve property management efficiency
