Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team at The Frog, a new addition to our family of exceptional pubs. As a Deputy General Manager, you will play a key role in leading our team to deliver outstanding hospitality and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including food and beverage service, customer service, and staff management.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement business plans, goals, and objectives.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a high-quality experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and community partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Deputy General Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of hospitality operations, including food and beverage service, customer service, and staff management.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
