Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Wilsonart UK, covering the South West region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business and expanding existing relationships with customers in the region.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the sanitaryware and bathroom markets, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be responsible for developing and managing sales objectives and development plans, creating strong relationships with customers based on trust and sales growth, and maintaining the day-to-day field-based liaison between our company and direct and indirect trade customers.
In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including life insurance, employee assistance programme, pension scheme, 25 days holiday, and service awards.
