We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at Kier Group. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage construction sites, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Oversee the management of site records, including health and safety records, quality control records, and financial records.
- Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that they understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Develop and implement construction plans, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments, including design, procurement, and operations, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Previous experience in the construction industry, preferably in a senior management role.
- Relevant certifications, such as SMSTS.
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects, including schools, higher education, healthcare, and office projects.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
