Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at Kier. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement site management plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate site teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor and control site costs, ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction site management, preferably in the education, healthcare, or office sectors.
- Hold relevant certifications, such as SMSTS.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage site teams.
- Strong financial management skills, with experience of budgeting and cost control.
