We're looking for a skilled and motivated Team Leader to join our Costa Coffee team. As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Baristas and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of Baristas to deliver excellent customer service
  • Train and develop new Baristas to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in the store
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.33-13.33, rising with training to £12.83-13.83 (dependent on store location)
