Join Costa Coffee as a Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at our new drive-thru store in Chadderton. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of baristas and ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of baristas to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Train and develop baristas to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in the store
  • Manage stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £12.33-13.33 per hour, rising with training to £12.83-13.83 (dependent on store location)
