We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new, 3-bed home for children with learning disabilities. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the home, ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations and maintaining high standards of care.

About the Role:
  • Lead and develop a team of care staff to provide high-quality care tailored to the individual needs of each child.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the home, including budgeting, staffing, and care planning.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and external agencies.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure the home meets and exceeds regulatory standards.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's residential setting.
  • Strong knowledge of OFSTED regulations and a track record of successful inspections.
  • Experience working with children with learning disabilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Commitment to providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children.
