As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the home, ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations and maintaining high standards of care.
About the Role:- Lead and develop a team of care staff to provide high-quality care tailored to the individual needs of each child.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the home, including budgeting, staffing, and care planning.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and external agencies.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure the home meets and exceeds regulatory standards.
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's residential setting.
- Strong knowledge of OFSTED regulations and a track record of successful inspections.
- Experience working with children with learning disabilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Commitment to providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children.
- Competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (DOE)
- Performance-based bonuses of up to £5,000.
