We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic nurse to join our dynamic team as a Sister/Charge Nurse in the Enhanced Intermediate Care unit. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our quality and patient experience initiatives while embodying the core values of our Trust.

In this exciting new challenge, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team, driving excellence in quality care. You will champion patient experience, safety, clinical governance, and regulatory compliance, all while fostering a culture where outstanding patient care is our top priority.

To succeed in this role, you should hold NMC registration and possess significant experience at Band 5. You will work closely with Senior and Lead Nurses to advance our quality and patient experience initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
