We're on the hunt for a talented Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Costa Coffee. As a Barista Maestro, you'll have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, take charge of shifts, and drive sales growth. About the Role

As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading by example, motivating your team, and ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile. You'll work closely with your colleagues to maintain high standards, manage stock, and promote our brand. With a starting salary of £12.33-13.33 per hour, rising with training to £12.83-13.83 (dependent on store location), you'll have the opportunity to grow your career and develop your skills.
