Procurement and Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage a new procurement function within the organization, responsible for clinical and non-clinical purchasing.
- Lead on commercial negotiations with suppliers and hold supplier contract management and review meetings.
- Identify savings and cost reduction opportunities and deliver efficiencies through effective procurement and contract management.
- Assess the financial implications of contract awards to organization budget holders, including reporting formally on the implications of supplier and product changes.
- Monitor performance against service levels, recurring contract obligations, and KPIs, escalating any issues with performance.
Requirements:
- Experience in procurement and contract management in a healthcare or related industry.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills and ability to lead on contract management.
- Ability to identify and implement cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
