Niyaa People seeks a dedicated Contracts Manager to lead our Roofing works team in Birmingham. This short-term contract offers an exciting chance to develop skills in social housing and collaborate with our experienced team.
Key Responsibilities- Direct the Main contractor's Roofing works, focusing on timely completion and quality delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and success.
- Ensure contracts are executed in accordance with established procedures and regulations.
- Develop and implement performance monitoring frameworks to optimize contract outcomes.
- Substantial experience in social housing, preferably with a focus on repairs and maintenance.
- Proven ability to manage repairs and maintenance contracts effectively.
- Experience in planned maintenance projects, especially those involving roofing.
- Thorough understanding of roofing principles and best practices.
This role offers an attractive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, based on experience. As an office-based position with occasional site visits, business mileage will be provided.
