Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Therapy Assistant to join our Medical/Elderly Therapy Team. In this role, you will support registered therapists in providing high-quality care to our clients, assist with therapeutic activities, maintain accurate records, and ensure a welcoming environment.

Main Duties

As a Therapy Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring IT-based administrative tasks are completed on a daily basis and managing the provision of therapeutic equipment as required. You will also be supported in ongoing development and training, and may be required to take responsibility for your own caseload and work alone at times.

Person Specification
  • Essential:
    • GCSE Level or equivalent in Maths and English at C or above
    • Willingness to undertake relevant departmental training
  • Desirable:
    • NVQ 3 Level
