The successful candidate will take responsibility for the end-to-end purchase ledger process, including daily bank reconciliations, weekly payment runs to suppliers, and month-end tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Completing daily bank reconciliations
* Weekly payment runs to suppliers
* Completing month-end tasks efficiently
* Approving payments
* Dealing with any queries and managing the purchase ledger inbox
* Statement reconciliations
* Checking and approving monthly payment runs
* Bank Reconciliations
* Statement Reconciliations
* Reviewing supplier accounts and ensuring all the ledgers are up to date and cleared for each monthly payment run
Requirements:
* Proven track record within purchase ledger
* Ability to work within a small close-knit team
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc)
