Estate Agent Assistant Call Centre Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent Assistant Call Centre Manager to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals.

About the Role:

  • Respond to inbound calls from clients and assist them with their property needs.
  • Identify opportunities to help clients further by introducing them to additional properties that meet their needs, establishing if they have a property to sell, referring them for a mortgage appointment, or introducing them to our lettings or financial services colleagues.
  • Work towards set performance targets in line with business strategy and goals.
  • Liaise with estate agency colleagues in branch to assist in helping customers with their dream move.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Genuinely enjoy helping people and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Work hard, set an example, and generate enthusiasm and motivation within your team.
  • Have confidence, resilience, and enjoy creating healthy and fun competition with your colleagues.
  • Have truly exceptional customer service with a fantastic telephone manner and the ability to build rapport.
  • Ideally have worked in estate agency with some experience of managing and motivating a team.

The Package:

  • Basic Salary: £25,000 plus commission
  • On Target Earnings £30,000 - £35,000
  • Hours: 8.30am - 6pm
  • Benefits: 33 days paid Holiday (plus an extra day off for your birthday), Pension, Life Insurance, Employee Assistance scheme, Company Rewards and Incentives, Company Events, Paid Entrance Fees for Charity Events, Free, On-Site Parking
