Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Construction Manager to lead our engineering and technical efforts for a rail project in Eastern England, based out of Cambridge.

This is a full-time, permanent position requiring coordination of construction activities and associated works across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the delivery of construction projects across the region, ensuring quality standards are met.
  2. Control on-site technical activities and manpower, with a focus on rail engineering coordination.
  3. Coordinate office-based activities, including planning and resource allocation.
Requirements
  1. Extensive knowledge of rail engineering principles and practices.
  2. Safety Management training and experience in implementing safe working practices.
  3. Familiarity with structures standards, processes, and procedures.
  4. Significant site-based work experience, with a proven track record in managing construction projects.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
