We are seeking a Temporary Postroom Specialist to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in Cambridge. **Job Summary:**
  • Provide temporary support to our clients in Cambridge
  • Work collaboratively with our operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling the client mailroom, accepting incoming deliveries
  • Assisting with on-site tasks
  • Reporting any building defects found to the client
  • Completing meeting room setups
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery
  • Delivering post around the building
  • Photocopying, filing, posting mail
  • Assisting with office moves
  • Moving furniture
  • Minor repairs in the building
  • Installing safety equipment
  • Repairing fixtures and fittings
  • Overseeing building maintenance
  • Ensuring the building and environment stays clean and sanitised
  • Ensuring emergency procedures are in place and functioning

Requirements:
  • Proactive, intuitive, punctual
  • Experience within a facilities environment
  • Experience with basic handyman duties
  • IT proficient
  • Basic administrative duties
  • Post Room experience required

Estimated Salary: £17 per hour (Umbrella)
