Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the engagement and triage of Business Solutions service desk inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain a general level of understanding on key solution areas, including business operations, customer service, and technical support.
  • Support the general management and processing of Bechtle's annuity platform, ensuring seamless collaboration between billing and service teams.
  • Support the monthly invoicing of the above-mentioned annuity business, including understanding and carrying out bespoke invoicing requirements for specific customers.
  • Take calls from customers, respond to emails, and deal with customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support Marketing on Business Solutions internal and external documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to customers and stakeholders.
  • Run regular reports across all solution pillars, providing insights and recommendations to improve business operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships across Finance and Business Solutions & Services to ensure a seamless collaboration between billing and service teams.
  • Keep on top of the Loyalty Scheme usage and keep customer information up to date, ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers.
  • Manage the renewals inbox and keep on top of sharing upcoming renewals with the sales teams.
  • Provide weekly solution updates to the sales teams, ensuring they are informed and aligned with business operations and customer needs.
  • Collate solution deals weekly for Friday afternoon bell ringing and monthly for star award, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Manage day-to-day enquiries in the upcoming acquisition integration, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Quarterly social planning, ensuring team-building and social events are organized and executed effectively.
