Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage claims from different areas, including motor, property, and liability
  • Manage your own workload and diary system for all claims
  • Update and maintain the database
  • Provide information and reports to different departments and teams
  • Ensure clients and insurers are kept up to date on claim progress
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in handling motor, property, and liability insurance claims
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Good IT skills with the ability to use multiple systems
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Highly organized with a high attention to detail and ability to multitask
