Logistics Sales Professional

* Delivering targeted gross margin on new land business sales
* Closing a minimum target of new customer shipments monthly
* Generating and maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities
* Achieving a minimum number of weekly contacts
You will utilize various methods to identify potential customers, including cold calling and email marketing. You will also provide detailed feedback on competitor news and developments. In addition, you will engage in regular dialogue with internal stakeholders, including the Head of Land Sales and Business Managers. You will ensure adherence to DB Schenker processes and have a comprehensive understanding of the LAND product offering. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and other branches to enhance the customer experience is also a key aspect of this role. As a trusted advisor to clients, you will offer solutions that exceed expectations.

* Strong understanding of British and European Land Freight industry

* Commercially savvy with a knack for managing margins and driving profitability

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
