About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team at Riada Resourcing. As an integral part of our marketing department, you will play a key role in coordinating all marketing activities in line with our sales and business development strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans by sector and region, overseeing all marketing activities
  • Manage the marketing budget with the Head of Sales & Marketing, ensuring maximum ROI
  • Continuously enhance the website and online presence for brand visibility and lead generation, including analysis of Google Analytics and AdWords
  • Organise and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and site visits as needed
  • Create promotional and advertising plans for Agricultural, Building, and Civil Infrastructure sectors
  • Design innovative communication tools
  • Support new product development by researching customer needs and identifying value-added opportunities
  • Conduct customer surveys to improve service and identify areas for enhancement
  • Analyse marketing data, providing reports and insights
  • Perform research on target markets, market share, and competitors to identify business opportunities
  • Maintain and follow up on databases of potential business leads
  • Support the commercial department with administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Third level education or equivalent experience in Marketing
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience in online marketing and social media
  • Ability to collaborate with others
  • Excellent IT skills & experience in related software packages
  • Creative approach and ability to bring new ideas
  • Strong initiative and organisational skills with ability to prioritise
