Dementia Lead Nurse Position at Leaders in Care

Our client is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dementia Lead Nurse to join their Specialist Dementia Care Community at a new unit in Glasgow.

This role offers a rare opportunity to work with a leading healthcare provider and contribute to transforming dementia care through innovative approaches and specialist training.

About the Job:

The Dementia Lead Nurse will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and providing clinical leadership within the unit. They will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement person-centred care plans.

  • Develop and implement person-centred care plans
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to staff
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
  • Manage and support staff to ensure high standards of care
  • Ensure the therapeutic environment meets the needs of residents

The successful candidate will have an active NMC Pin, excellent experience in dementia care, and clinical management experience. A salary of up to £23.23 per hour is offered, along with opportunities for professional development.
