Lead Nurse Position: Delivering Exceptional Dementia Care

We are looking for an experienced Lead Nurse to join our team at Leaders in Care's Specialist Dementia Care Community in Glasgow.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals living with dementia by delivering high-quality care and promoting their well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver person-centred dementia care and therapeutic interventions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Provide clinical leadership and management within the unit
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for managing challenging behaviours

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:
