We're looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants in Bournemouth and Poole. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers.

No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided. You will have the opportunity to develop new skills and build a rewarding career with Bluebird Care.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care duties, administering medication, and promoting customer health and well-being.

You will work closely with our team to ensure our customers receive the best possible care and support. This may involve manual handling, using equipment where required.

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £12.75 per hour on weekdays to £13.75 per hour on weekends. You will also receive paid travel time between visits and a weekly fuel advance at no extra charge.

In addition to these benefits, you will be entitled to 28 days paid holiday (pro-rata), a workplace pension, and access to shopping discounts through a free Blue light Card.
